Data we collect

When you make a booking or order request: the information you enter in the form, then the WhatsApp conversations that follow.

Data is used exclusively to respond to information, booking and order requests.

No data is sold or transferred. Requests are handled via WhatsApp, whose use is subject to the privacy policy of its provider.

Conversations relating to a request are kept for as long as necessary to handle it and maintain the relationship, then deleted on request.
