About me.
Hospitality is my passion. I am an architect of Customer Experience & Service Systems, a trainer, panellist and coach. This is my story, and what drives me.

Arthuro MAYANGA, architect of Customer Experience & Service Systems
Building stronger hospitality, one organisation at a time.
I firmly believe that great service experiences do not happen by chance. They take shape in strong cultures, coherent systems and leadership capable of helping teams grow over time.
That conviction guides my work. It is why HORECA VAULT exists.
I hold one conviction: Africa has every resource it needs to become a global benchmark for hospitality. Not by copying others, but by developing its own models of excellence through the GloCal method.
Our purpose goes beyond selling advice or transformation. Our purpose is to make organisations smarter.
We don't just want to solve problems. We want to stop them from coming back.
We don't just want to work alongside leaders. We want to develop their ability to transform their organisations for the long term.
We don't just want to pass on skills. We want to build cultures.
My role is not to take your place.
When I work with an organisation, my aim is not to impose ready-made solutions.
I start by understanding your situation. Then I work with you to build methods that fit your context.
I always favour passing on skills over creating dependence on the consultant.
My ambition is that your organisation keeps progressing long after our collaboration ends.
Contributing to a new generation of African organisations.
I am convinced that Africa holds exceptional potential in the hospitality and service professions.
But that potential can only be fully realised through strong organisations, exacting leaders and a lasting culture of excellence.
Through HORECA VAULT, I want to contribute to that transformation, in whatever way I can.
